The Treehouse
02:07
|
|||
Spider mites crawlin round my shirt
late summer walk
Acorn on the path
baby's makin' jewelry
I hear the creek below and the birds above
I'm out of cell service now
just hanging out
In the treehouse
what a strange land I'm in
blisters on my feet, dirt in my nails,
wire in my hair, salt in my mouth
Just passing through
Borrowing what I can
I hear the creek below and the birds above
I'm out of cell service now
just hanging out
In the treehouse

Blue Rattlesnakes
01:50
|
|||
chicken feathers littered everywhere
steppin on bindweed is a good idea
if theres any snakes out there rattle your tail!
if theres any snakes out there rattle your tail!
nature is on the move
don't forget to teach your children - nature is on the move
bears in the hills and coyotes at night
life in the valley - blue soup and rattlesnakes
earthquakes and hurricanes don't come here
also no volcanoes
but nature is on the move
don't forget to teach your children - nature is on the move

IPA
02:51
|
|||
This IPA was brewed in Moab Utah, it's full of hops, I love hops - they're good medicine,
Wild hops are growing in Manitou Springs, my favorite place, a special place - I love Moab too
When I was there I bought a sci-fi novel I am not a strong reader - but I loved that book
Something about a world that's not our own - a great escape, a story to find - some peace of mind

Milestones
03:25
|
|||
I have dreams of a beautiful life
Fluorite and pyrite in my pocket,
Just roaming around-milestones,
I used to have a pendant of labradorite,
Made it through California, made it through Oregon too, made it through Colorado,
Throwing around-milestones,
Heading out to Kentucky, got a couple friends I'd like to see,
gonna find some work for the winter
I'm roaming around with milestones

The Reaper's Visit
01:28
|
|||
We will be right here til the reaper comes and pays us a visit
We will be right here - Oh yeah
You might think this is absurd but
God I really wish I could go back in time and
See the dinosaurs before the reaper comes and
Pays them a visit - Oh yeah

Boba
02:15
|

She loved boba tea and everything and anything with a jelly-feel,
She makes her morning tea of nettles and chia seeds with a jelly-feel
I love her and everything that she does I'm in awe of her
She's the archetype called "The Other"
She plays her harp, burns copal and collects spilanthes for me
She's got tattoos of crop circles and a few others too I can see
She brought me pomegranates and a wooden elephant from a dream
She cradles crystals everyday I meet her with a ruby kiss
